DOCUMENT MAINTENANCE AND AUDITING. 15.1 Maintenance of accounts, records and documentation (a) Due to the "open book" nature of this Agreement, we will maintain in Australia for a period of at least seven years after the Completion of the Alliance Works or termination of this Agreement (as the case may be), a complete set of: (i) invoices, accounts and records in accordance with good and accepted accounting principles showing all costs and expenses incurred in the performance of the Alliance Works; and (ii) Records associated with the Alliance Works. (b) This clause 15.1 survives termination of this Agreement.
