Access to Accounts. By enrolling in the Mobile Banking service, you certify you are an owner, joint owner or custodian on the accounts represented in your enrollment. You understand that all owners of your accounts or anyone with whom you share your Access code or any access code will be an Authorized User, and that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner with full authority to perform all transactions relating to the stated accounts, until you notify the Credit Union, in writing of the revocation of such authority. You agree that you are and will remain fully responsible for any transactions made by such persons on your accounts except transactions that occur after the Credit Union has been notified of any revocation of authority and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice.

Access to Accounts. Lender hereby designates Agent as an Authorized Person in accordance with the terms of the Custody Agreement, to act on behalf of Lender under this Rider. Agent is authorized to access the Account(s) and give Instructions in respect of such Accounts in accordance with the terms of the Custody Agreement. Lender will make Agent aware of, and Agent will comply with, the relevant provisions of section 3 (“Instructions”) and Schedule H (“Electronic Access”) of the Custody Agreement as set out in Schedule C to this Rider when submitting or delivering Instructions to Bank in connection with the Services.

(a) If I have a Debit Card, I may also make transactions on an Account at other places subject to my agreement with Alterna Bank governing the use of my Debit Card (and personal identification number, if I have one); and (b) If I have arranged for Account access through devices (which include, but are not limited to, telephones and computers) you permit to be used for that purpose: (i) I may also make transactions on an Account at other places through those devices, subject to my agreement(s) with you governing the use of those devices, and (ii) I authorize you to accept or honour those transactions according to the instructions you receive through those devices. Transactions made on an Account through those devices will have the same legal effect as if they were made by written order to you signed by me and I will be liable for them and all resulting Account activity. I will also be liable for all transaction entry errors and all fraudulent Account transactions made through those devices. However, I will not be liable for losses resulting from your errors or technical problems, or from your system malfunctions.

Access to Accounts. Any member in good standing may use a personal computer or mobile device to access their Accounts. By enrolling in or using the Digital Services, you certify you are an owner, joint owner or custodian on the Account(s) represented in your enrollment. a. Access to Digital Services is set at an individual level. Owners, joint owners, and custodians on the Accounts should register using their own unique information to create unique login credentials. Except as expressly provided in Section 1(b) below, you understand that all owners of your Accounts or anyone with whom you share your username, password, or any access code (“Credentials”), will be deemed an authorized user; and that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner with full authority to perform all transactions relating to the stated Accounts, unless and until you notify the Credit Union, in writing, of the revocation of such authority. You agree that you are and will remain fully responsible for any transactions made by such persons on your Accounts, except transactions that occur after the Credit Union has been notified of any revocation of authority and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice. Once enrolled, you will have access to Digital Services that are accessible seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, unless an emergency exists or scheduled system maintenance is being performed. In the event the Digital Services will not be available for any extended period of time, a notice will be posted on our website informing you of such unavailability. b. You have the option of setting up specific permissions within your Account(s) to permit authorized subusers designated by you to have only limited access to your Account(s) without granting those designated subusers access to all of your Account information (“Shared Access”). From within the digital banking platform, you may designate authorized subusers and assign to them such level of Account access and permissions as you elect, and as may be available within the platform’s functionality. Your designation of an authorized subuser will generate an e-mail to the designated authorized subuser, instructing them to create their own Credentials, which they may then use to access your Account(s) within the permissions set by you. Your grant of permission and authority to a designated authorized subuser shall remain in effect until terminated by you by your removal of the permissions within the digital banking ...
Access to Accounts. The Assignor shall, whenever so required, permit any officer of the Security Trustee to have access to, and possession of, all books and accounts relating to the Assigned Assets.

The Account Bank shall give to the Borrower, the Purchaser, the Target, the Agent and the Security Trustee unrestricted access on reasonable prior notice to review such books and records of any Account held by the Account Bank, in each case, whilst an Event of Default is continuing. (b) Nothing in this Clause 22 will require the Account Bank to disclose to any person any books, records or other information which the Account Bank would not be required to disclose to the Borrower, the Purchaser or the Target (as the case may be).
