PG&E is committed to maintain documents and records so as to satisfy applicable legal, contractual and regulatory requirements as well as PG&E’ son-going business needs; to enable appropriate records management, provide appropriate retrieval and achieve the proper level of security and privacy. In furtherance of this commitment, Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of Exhibits 5 and 5A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
