DOCUMENTATION AND CUSTOMS. Upon completion of manufacturing, packaging and testing of Finished Product pursuant to each Firm Purchase Order, Patheon shall deliver to Santarus by electronic means quality documentation for such Finished Product manufactured pursuant to such Firm Purchase Order as specified in the Quality Agreement, including without limitation, the Certificates of Compliance in respect of such Firm Purchase Order and, if requested by Santarus, completed batch production records (collectively, the "PRE-SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION").
