Common use of Documentation Charges Clause in Contracts

Documentation Charges. The sum of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand)as costs for preparation of this Agreement for Sale and Conveyance as well all other documents in connection with or related to the sale of the Composite Unit by the Developer to the Purchaser one-half whereof is to be paid by the Purchaser at or before execution hereof and balance before the Possession Date. This Charge however is not inclusive of the expenses to be incurred by the Purchaser for registering the Conveyance for the Composite Unit which is to be paid separately by the Purchaser to the Developer within 7 (seven) days of being called upon to do so.
