Documentation of Disclosures for Requests for Accounting. Contractor shall maintain an accurate accounting of all requests for disclosure of CDSS CSP Information and the information necessary to respond to a request for an accounting of disclosures of personal information as required by Civil Code section 1798.25, or any applicable state or federal law.
