Documentation of Minor Projects. A. Any minor project listed in Appendices A or B shall be documented in the National Environmental Policy Act documentation. The documentation shall reference and include the description of the specific stipulation in the PA that qualifies the project as exempt from further Section 106 review. B. INDOT Cultural Resources staff will utilize the County Interim Reports, most current Bridge Inventory, as well as additional documentation to assure projects are not adjacent to a National Register eligible property or district. Documentation may include construction plans, project area descriptions, soil survey data, photographs, and archaeological documentation.
