DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE SITE. 3.16.1 The Construction Manager shall: .1 Maintain at the Project site on a current basis, one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Amendments, Change Orders, and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples. The record copies shall be documented within fourteen (14) days from the date performed in the field and available to the Architect/Engineer and Principal Representative; .2 Maintain at the Project site on a current basis a log to record receipt of all items set forth in paragraph 3.16.1 so as to record and permit the determination of the most current copies; and
