Documents and Tangible Property. All documents or other tangible -------------------------------- property relating in any way to the business of the Corporation which are conceived or generated by Executive or come into Executive's possession during Executive's employment shall be and remain the Corporation's exclusive property, and Executive agrees to return all such documents and tangible property to the Corporation upon termination of Executive's employment by the Corporation or at such earlier or later time the Corporation may request Executive to do so.

All documents or other tangible property relating in any way to the business of ASE and/or Employer which are conceived of or generated by Carriere or come into Carriere's poxxxxxxxx during his emxxxxxxxx xy Employer shall be and remain the exclusive property of Employer and Carriere agrees to return all such xxxxxxxxs and tangible property to Employer on termination of his employment or at such earlier time as Employer may reasonably request him to do so.

All notes, records, and other documents, and all copies thereof, relating to Mentor's business activities and all objects related thereto, including but not limited to documents and information generated by Consultant as a result of performing services hereunder, are and shall remain the property of Mentor. Consultant will take any action necessary to perfect Mentor's ownership interest in such documents and information. Upon termination of this Agreement, Consultant shall return to Mentor all documents, objects, and information provided to Consultant by Mentor or generated by Consultant as a result of performing his services hereunder.

All tangible evidence of Confidential Information or Inventions, including, without limitation, working models, records, drawings, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, calculations or copies thereof which are conceived or generated by Holland or come into Holland's possession during the term of this Agreement shall be and remain the exclusive property of Datakey, and Holland agrees to return all such tangible evidence of Confidential Information and Inventions to Datakey upon termination of this Agreement or at such earlier time as Datakey may request.

All documents and other tangible property relating in any way to the business of XXXXXX which are conceived or generated by me or come into my possession during my employment shall be and remain the exclusive property of XXXXXX, and I agree to return all such documents and tangible property to XXXXXX upon any separation from my employment at XXXXXX and/or upon request of XXXXXX. While the aforementioned documents and other tangible property are in my possession, I will keep them in safe custody and secure them from being accessed or taken by any unauthorized third party. I waive any right of retention with regard to the aforementioned documents and other tangible property.
