Documents at Closing - City. City shall execute and deliver to Escrow Holder the following documents, before the Closing Date and, except as otherwise provided below, Escrow Holder shall deliver to JRT immediately following the Closing Date, the following documents (the "Closing Documents"), all in form and substance reasonably acceptable to JRT:
