Within forty-five calendar days of the receipt of the marked-up Construction Documents that are required to be furnished by the Contractor pursuant to the Contract Documents, the Design Professional shall provide the Owner with Record Drawings and Final Documents (“Record Documents”) as specified in Article 2.1.20.
