Documents Mailed to Certificate Holders. Promptly after the execution by the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee of any document entered into pursuant to Section 9.01 hereof, the Indenture Trustee shall mail, by first class mail, postage prepaid, a copy thereof to Lessee and to each Certificate Holder at its address last set forth in the Secured Certificate Register, but the failure of the Indenture Trustee to mail such copies shall not impair or affect the validity of such document.
