Documents to be Satisfactory. All documents (including certificates, charts, reports, appraisals, legal opinions, budgets and projections, but excluding only Financial Statements and documents expressly exempted herein from this clause (c)) required by the terms of any Loan Document to be delivered to the Administrative Agent by any Loan Party shall be prepared and submitted in good faith and shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
