Common use of Domains Clause in Contracts

Domains. Licensor assigns, conveys and transfers to Licensor all right, title and interest in and to the Domains, the registration therefor, and any and all intellectual property rights and goodwill arising from Licensor’s use thereof, and all claims for damages arising out of or relating to past or continuing infringements thereof, if any, with the right to sxx for and collect such damages.
