Processing of Customer Personal Data 3.1 UKG will:
End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. Customer’s Processing of Personal Data Customer shall, in its use of the Services, Process Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer’s instructions for the Processing of Personal Data shall comply with Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the means by which Customer acquired Personal Data.
SAP Customer ID The parties agree that services ordered through Individual Orders shall be applied exclusively to the SAP customer IDs specified in the Order Form and the training services shall be used solely by Users.
Users Licensee is responsible for each User’s compliance with this XXXX. Licensee will ensure that all use of the Software by Users is in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.
