Connection Agreement. Termination of the Connection Agreement unless the Depot Facility Owner shall become a party to an agreement for connection of the Depot to the Network on or before the date which is not later than 30 days after the termination of the Connection Agreement.

Connection Agreement. (11.1) It is a condition precedent to the supply of Energy to the Customer by Energia under this Agreement in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland that the Customer is connected to the system of, and is entitled to take supply of electricity and gas from, the system of the Relevant System Operator, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Connection Agreement. (11.2) For Northern Ireland customers, unless the Customer has entered into a separate Connection Agreement with Relevant System Operator, the Customer agrees that by entering into this Agreement, the Customer is also entering into a Connection Agreement with the Relevant System Operator. The terms of that Connection Agreement are the Standard Connection Terms and Conditions as published by the Relevant System Operator from time to time. In the event that the Customer does not wish to be bound by the Standard Connection Terms and Conditions, the Customer may negotiate their Connection Agreement directly with the Relevant System Operator, but the Customer must notify Energia of the same and provide evidence that a Connection Agreement is in place prior to Energia commencing supply to the Customer’s Premises. (11.3) Northern Ireland Customers who are being supplied with electricity at more than 650 volts are required to have a site specific Connection Agreement with the Relevant System Operator. Connection Agreement. 22.1 This clause 22 shall apply where there is no pre-existing connection agreement between You and Your Network Operator in relation to a specific Supply Point. 22.2 Your supplier is acting on behalf of Your Network Operator to make an agreement with You. The agreement is that You and Your Network Operator both accept the National Terms of Connection (NTC) and agree to keep to its conditions. This will happen from the time that You enter into this Agreement and it effects Your legal rights. The NTC is a legal agreement. It sets out rights and duties in relation to the connection at which Your Network Operator delivers electricity to, or accepts electricity from, Your home or business. (a) We will notify You in writing in accordance with clause 13 above or via Our Business Energy Centre at least 60 days before the expiry of the Termination Date of Your options for Your supply of electricity at Your Supply Points. (b) If You fail to provide a termination notice or renew Your Agreement for supply with Us as set out in Your notice, We will transfer Your supply points to Our variable business rates after the Termination Date. The remainder of these Standard terms and conditions SSE ESL TC8 will apply. (c) If You have not renewed Your Agreement with Us and You are transferred onto Our variable business rates You may subject to clause 3.6 (A) and 3.6 (B) cancel this Agreement upon providing Us with 30 days notice in accordance with Clause 13 above. 23.1.5 With effect from the Termination Date and only in the absence of any effective notice in accordance with 23.
Connection Agreement. The DER shall have a single set of capability parameters, and shall be a single point of communication and control. The DER can run for other purposes during the Service Window, subject to it maintaining its ability to meet any service requirements as stipulated in this Agreement. Connection Agreement. The limitations of El-Kretsen’s obligation to receive non-consumer electrical equipment relating to the size of such equipment, shall not apply to the Producer, meaning that El- Kretsen shall also receive non-consumer electrical equipment made available on the Swedish market by the Producer exceeding the size limitations set forth in El-Kretsen’s from time to time applicable Product list and fees. The Parties agree that El-Kretsen shall be entitled to charge the Producer a reasonable fee for the receipt of such equipment.
Connection Agreement. 16.1 This clause 16 shall apply where there is no pre-existing connection agreement between You and Your Electricity Distributor in relation to a specific Supply Point. 16.2 It is a condition precedent to a supply from US to You under this Agreement that You have agreed terms of connection with the Electricity Distributor and keep to its conditions. The Electricity Distributor has appointed Us as its agent for Your entering into an SCA between You and the Electricity Distributor. You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, You are also entering into an SCA with the Electricity Distributor. The Electricity Distributor is the principal under that SCA. We have brought the terms of the SCA to Your attention. You may obtain a further copy of the SCA from Us. You may agree terms other than those in the SCA directly with the Electricity Distributor, but the SCA shall be binding on You until any such alternative terms are agreed.
Connection Agreement. If at the Effective Date the Customer has entered into a Connection Agreement with the relevant Distribution Network Operator in relation to some or all of its Sites, the Customer shall maintain and comply with such Connection Agreement throughout the Term.

Connection Agreement. 6.1. The Customer has entered into a Connection Agreement with the Local Network Operator in respect of each Connection Point. Where there is no pre- existing Connection Agreement between the Customer and its Local Network Operator in relation to a specific Connection Point, the Customer agrees that by entering into this Agreement it is also entering into the National Terms of Connection with the Customer’s. The National Terms of Connection is a legal agreement. It sets out rights and duties in relation to the connection at which the Customer’s Local Network Operator delivers electricity to, or accepts electricity from, the Customer. Connection Agreement. (a) The Buyer and the Seller shall cooperate and use all reasonable efforts to obtain (i) the consent of the parties to the assignment to WNGL of that certain Connection Agreement, dated August 6, 1984, by and among MAPCO and the Capline System owners referred to therein (the "Connection Agreement"), within 120 days after the Closing, including all rights, liabilities and obligations of MAPCO thereunder, and (ii) the full and unconditional release of MAPCO and its successors and assigns from all liabilities and obligations arising out of, relating to or resulting from the Connection Agreement. (b) The Seller agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to timely perform and pay all of the obligations of MAPL arising under the Connection Agreement. Without prejudice to the Buyer's rights under Article VIII, the Seller hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend, save and hold the Buyer Indemnified Parties harmless for any Loss suffered by any such Buyer Indemnified Party at any time or from time to time arising out of, relating to or resulting from the Connection Agreement or the liabilities or obligations of MAPCO thereunder, in any case whether relating to periods of time prior to or after the Closing, including, without limitation, the obligation of MAPCO to remove at its sole risk and expense the connection facilities referred to therein from the Capline Owners' right-of-way.
