Common use of Domestic Partnership Requirement Clause in Contracts

Domestic Partnership Requirement. Consultant certifies and represents that it will comply with County's Domestic Partnership Act (Section 16½-157, Broward County Code of Ordinances, as amended) during the entire term of the Agreement. The failure of Consultant to comply shall be a material breach of the Agreement, entitling County to pursue any and all remedies provided under applicable law, including, but not limited to (1) retaining all monies due or to become due Consultant until Consultant complies; (2) termination of the Agreement; and (3) suspension or debarment of Consultant from doing business with County.
