Domestic Water Service. The City understands that the Ute Water Conservancy District intends to provide domestic water service to the Property consistent with an agreement between the Developer and the District. The terms and conditions of any such agreement are incorporated herein by this reference.
Domestic Water Service. Landlord shall provide, at its sole cost to Tenant, a domestic water service capable of supporting a minimum of 80 GPM.
Domestic Water Service. Purchasers are advised that an individual pressure reducing valve (PRV) may be required for each domestic water service, and the PRVs are considered private and therefore are the sole responsibility of the homeowner.
