Domicile Change. The jurisdiction of domicile or ordinary residence of the Client changes or the Client fails to deliver within a reasonable period of time, on request by GTJAFX, evidence, reasonably satisfactory to GTJAFX, of the Client's residence and domicile.

Domicile Change. 39 40 When a pilot is awarded or assigned a new position involving a domicile 41 change, he will be eligible for per diem pursuant to paragraph A.1., above, until 42 he has received four (4) consecutive days off following his last scheduled trip at 1 his former domicile.   • Domicile Subscriber maintains Subscriber’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address shown on the signature page.

  • Change The School, as any other, is likely to undergo a number of changes during the period of this agreement. For example, there may be changes in the staff, and in the premises, facilities and their use, in the curriculum and the size and composition of classes, and in the School rules and procedures, the disciplinary framework, and the length of School Terms. In addition, there may be the need to undertake a corporate reorganisation exercise and / or a merger or change of ownership may be necessary. For these reasons, the benefit and burden of this agreement may be freely assigned to another party at the discretion of the School.
