Consecutive Days Off. Employee(s) shall receive no less than two (2) consecutive days off unless single days off are arranged by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.

A. T.O. days shall also be scheduled with consecutive days off. In consultation with Store Management or the Department Manager, where it can be demonstrated by the Shop Xxxxxxx that scheduling of consecutive days off with A.T.O. can be accomplished without an adverse affect on the operations of the department, the Employer shall do so. In consultation with Store Management or the Department Manager, non- consecutive days off may be arranged by mutual agreement between the employee(s) provided it does not result in any other employee(s) not getting consecutive days off.
Consecutive Days Off. The Employer shall endeavour to schedule two (2) consecutive days off every second (2nd) week for employees who work twenty-four (24) hours or more per week on average. For full- time employees the Employer shall endeavour to schedule two (2) consecutive days off each week wherever practical, based upon store operations and available relief staff. The period from December 1st to January 15th shall be excluded except by mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer. Pharmacists shall receive two (2) consecutive days off every two (2) weeks.

The Union and the Employer recognize that the scheduling of consecutive days off combinations varies from store to store in accordance with the operational requirements of the department and the preferences of the employees. Contingent on the continuing operational and staffing requirements of the department, the weekly work schedule will provide full-time employees with their current pattern of days off. Further, in those Meat Departments employing five (5) or more full-time employees, each full-time employee will be entitled to be scheduled consecutive days off once every four (4) weeks. In Deli Departments, a full-time employee will be entitled to be scheduled consecutive days off once every four (4) weeks.
Consecutive Days Off. Two days off a week will be scheduled consecutively and no employee shall be required to work more than five consecutive days without two days off, unless otherwise provided in the Component Agreements. This Clause shall not apply to a casual auxiliary employee hired expressly to replace employees who are on sick leave or vacation.
