Dominion Hardware Warranty Services. If any Dominion Hardware component fails to operate in conformity with its specifications during the warranty period, Dominion shall provide a replacement for the Dominion Hardware component or, at Dominion’s sole option, shall repair the Dominion Hardware component, so long as the Dominion Hardware is operated with its designated Dominion Software and with third party products approved by Dominion for use with the Dominion Hardware.
