Repair Services. RIM, either directly or through its authorized service providers, will provide You with Repair Services using new or refurbished parts or a new or refurbished BlackBerry PlayBook. Any Repair Services under this Agreement are conditioned upon the return of Your BlackBerry PlayBook to RIM or a RIM authorized service provider (as set out in Your RMA form). In the event RIM provides You with a replacement BlackBerry PlayBook (an “Advanced Exchange PlayBook” or “Advanced Exchange Service”) or when the exchange of the BlackBerry PlayBook (or parts thereof) are provided under this Agreement, Your BlackBerry PlayBook or Your BlackBerry PlayBook parts received by RIM or RIM’s authorized service provider become the property of RIM and the Advanced Exchange PlayBook or BlackBerry PlayBook parts sent to You by RIM or RIM’s authorized service provider become Yours.
Repair Services. All teachers employed beyond the regular school calendar for purposes of repair of existing equipment, redesigning of facilities, and installation of new equipment shall be paid $23.16 per hour through the summer of 2025.
Repair Services. 14.1 This Section 14 shall be applicable to the providing of Repair Services by Supplier during and after the Product Warranty Period with respect to Repair Products.
14.2 To order Repair Services after expiry of the applicable Product Warranty Period, Nortel shall issue a Purchase Order and such Purchase Order shall contain the description of the requested Repair Services as set forth in Section 13 above.
14.3 Repair Services shall be provided by Supplier at no charge to Nortel during the Product Warranty Period. For Repair Services for Repair Products not covered by warranty, the repair fees will be equal to Supplier's then standard fees for such or similar services.
14.4 Spares
14.4.1 At Supplier's factory or at a location agreed upon by the parties, Supplier will store the Repair Services Pool. The quantity of spares will be agreed on in writing by the parties, based on the (a) volume of Products delivered, (b) the applicable mean time between failure rates, and (c) Nortel's desire to provide its customers with immediate Product replacement. Supplier will not use the Repair Services Pool for retrofits or upgrades. The parties may agree in writing to change the quantity of spares, based on changes in the installed base of Products.
14.4.2 At all times Supplier will maintain the agreed quantity of spares in the Repair Services Pool. However, Supplier will be responsible to ensure that the Repair Services Pool will be sufficient to provide Nortel with FRU replacement Product within [**] ([**]) Business Days of (as applicable)
(a) Nortel' request for a replacement, (b) Supplier's failure to repair by the end of the Repair Period, or (c) the parties' agreeing that the Product is uneconomical to repair ("UTR").
14.4.3 The Repair Services Pool may consist of stock of new FRU's or previously used FRU's, refurbished to conform to the Specifications. Spares added to the Repair Services Pool will (a) be functionally equal or better than the inventory being replenished, (b) be backward compatible, and (c) meet the minimum field baseline. Supplier may provide new Products as spares.
14.5 Information about the status of Repair Products being repaired will be included in the Monthly Report described in Exhibit D of the Agreement.
Repair Services. If a Generating Facility is damaged and requires safe-off, repair, demolition and/or reconstruction, or otherwise requires repairs outside of warranty, Customer must contact the ENGIE Services U.S. PV Operations & Maintenance Manager. In the event of damage, any component of the Generating Facility installed by ENGIE Services U.S. can be repaired or reconstructed by ENGIE Services U.S. at Customer’s request. Customer must submit a request for quotation to the ENGIE Services U.S. PV Operations & Maintenance Manager. ENGIE Services U.S. will inspect the damage and provide a written quotation and complete scope of work to Customer to restore the Generating Facility to normal operational condition. Before proceeding with repairs, ENGIE Services U.S. and Customer must execute a work order, on ENGIE Services U.S.’s form, for the agreed scope of work and quotation amount. Repair Work arranged by the Property Care Provider will be carried out by a licensed or suitably qualified tradesperson (holding the appropriate insurances). Where repair work is defined in the exclusion list as work that the Property Care Provider will not carry out, or is the responsibility of the Landlord, the Property Care Provider and the Landlord may agree that the Property Care Provider will carry out that work as an Additional Service under paragraph 6 of this Schedule 2, and the costs of any such work will be additional to the Service Fees. Repair Services. (a) Repair service consists solely of providing replacement Equipment upon receipt of Equipment which is not operating properly (“Repair Service”). All Repair Service shall be paid by Subscriber at Company’s then prevailing charges. You authorize payment of all Repair Services charges through your Credit Card.
(b) You agree that all Repair Service shall be performed by Company only, but Company’s duty is subject to the availability of the original Equipment from the original manufacturer, and to the terms of this Agreement.
Repair Services. 2.2.1 Party B will provide repair services for the equipment of Party A, the names of which equipment and the types of breakdowns that are repairable are included in Schedule 4. Party B will charge a flat rate of RMB100 for each repair, exclusive of any expense for parts and components which will be separately charged, if any.
2.2.2 If any of the equipment of Party A which is included in the catalogue fails to operate due to any breakdown, Party A may notify such breakdown to Party B by electronic mail addressed to . Upon receipt of such mail, Party B will arrange its repair employee to conduct on-site check and repair of such breakdown within one business day. The repair employee of Party B shall repair the breakdown on-site if it is repairable or, if it is irreparable on-site, notify Party A of the time required for its repair. Upon completion of equipment repair, Party B will fill in a LabPartner Trading Customer Equipment Repair Advice (see Schedule 5), in which Party B will provide the particulars of the breakdown and charges for its repair, which is subject to signature of Party A.
Repair Services. 3.2.1 JLT shall provide for the repair of the Product, including parts and labour required for the repair of internal electrical components, including repair and/or replacement for physical damage to all components in the Product. In the event JLT determines, in its own discretion, to replace the Product or parts therein rather than repair it, the Customer will receive a new or refurbished Product or parts equivalent to or better than the Product or parts originally purchased from JLT.
3.2.2 All defective Products returned to JLT or to JLT’s appointed service agent for repair or replacement must be accompanied by a return materials authorisation (RMA) number. Such RMA number shall be requested by the Customer from JLT prior to any return of Products. RMA numbers can be obtained online from the JLT web site 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
3.2.3 Repaired or replaced Products will be configured with JLT’s standard image, unless JLT has developed the Customer’s custom image for the Product or JLT and the Customer have otherwise agreed in connection with the entry into this SLA that JLT will store the Customer’s custom image for the Product, in which case the Product will be configured with the Customer’s custom image.
3.2.4 Defective parts or Products which are replaced by JLT according to the above shall be placed at JLT’s disposal and shall become JLT’s property.
