Common use of Donation of Hours to Program Clause in Contracts

Donation of Hours to Program. Upon enrollment, a member shall contribute one half (1/2) day, equivalent in sick leave hours of his/her accumulated earned sick leave hours to the Sick Leave Bank. Hours contributed to the Sick Leave Bank are non-returnable.
