Donations for Catastrophic Sick Leave. Definition: Any bargaining unit member may donate, in one (1) hour increments, accumulated and unused sick leave to another bargaining unit member when that bargaining unit member or a member of his/her family suffers from a catastrophic illness or injury, and that bargaining unit member has exhausted all fully paid leaves, as provided in this section.
