Common use of Donor Members Clause in Contracts

Donor Members. 4.13.6.1 In order to donate sick leave to the Certificated Catastrophic Sick Leave Bank pursuant to this policy a member must submit a written authorization to the District designating the number of sick leave hours to be transferred. The donation of eligible leave credits shall be a minimum of 7 hours.

The donation of eligible leave credits shall be an initial donation of 8 hours or a minimum prorated number of 7 hourshours based on the employees work day and may be in hourly increments thereafter.
