Common use of Dormant Accounts Clause in Contracts

Dormant Accounts. Client accounts in which there have been no transactions for a set period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered dormant. Dormant accounts are charged with a dormant fee of US$25 or the full amount of the free balance in the account if the free balance is less than US$25. There will be no charge if the free balance is zero. If an account continues to be considered as “Dormant”, the above-mentioned dormant fee will be performed semi-annually (in other words every six (6) months).
