Inactive and Dormant Accounts. 10.1. An account shall be considered as Inactive in the absence of any activity for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days. Any Inactive Account, holding zero (0) balance / equity, shall be treated as dormant accounts. The Company reserves the right to close your account if classified as dormant within HYCM. 10.2. For the re-activation of Inactive and dormant accounts, you must inform us accordingly in writing. We reserve the right to request updated identification document and information prior proceeding accordingly.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts. We may consider a Deposit Account to be “inactive” after a period of no owner-initiated activity (120 days). After a period of “inactive” status (120 days), we may consider a bank Account to be “dormant”, at which time it will be closed and funds sent back to your linked external account. If the account becomes inactive or dormant, the account will continue to be subject to any service charges in accordance with our schedule of fees. If an account becomes inactive we will notify you with specific instructions on how to restore the account to an active status.

A trading account shall be classified as Inactive Account where you have not proceeded with any transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and/ or any trading activity ( open/ close positions and place trades) for a period of at least 60 days or more. 37.2. The Company reserves the right, to charge a monthly inactivity fee of ten (10) USD (“Inactivity Fee”) on your Trading Account in return for the maintenance, administration and compliance management of such Inactive Accounts. Any Inactive Accounts, holding zero balance/ Equity, shall be turned to Dormant ("Dormant Account"). 37.3. The monthly inactivity fee shall be charged in basis of the following mechanism: a) Where you have more than one (1) Trading Account and all of such Trading Accounts are Inactive Accounts, Inactivity Fee shall be charged separately for each Inactive Account; b) Where you have more than one (1) Trading Account, and at least one (1) of your Trading Accounts is active, no Inactivity Fee shall apply even where one or more of your other Trading Accounts are Inactive Accounts; and c) Where the balance of any Inactive Account to which Inactivity Fee is applicable as per the definition above is less than ten (10) USD, then the Inactivity Fee for such Inactive Account shall be equal to the amount of the remaining balance on such Inactive Account. We retain the right to charge the Inactivity Fee post factum for any month where for technical reasons no inactivity fees were charged. 37.4. You agree that you are liable to and will pay the applicable fee as notified to you from time to time and that we may deduct such fee from any funds held by us on your behalf. 37.5. We retain the right to proceed with cancellation, without any written notice of any pending orders of an account which is classified as Inactive. 37.6. If you wish to re activate a Dormant account, you must contact us and inform us about your request of a reactivation. 37.7. In case you proceed with a request of a reactivation we have the right to request you to submit again all necessary documents and information regarding your identity, knowledge, experience and economic profile in order for us to determinate whether we shall proceed with the reactivation or not.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts. 41.1. Any Trading Account(s), held with us where you have: a) not placed a trade; Accounts is active, no Inactivity Fee shall apply even where one or more of your other Trading Accounts are Inactive Accounts; and

Any Inactive Accounts, holding zero balance/Equity, shall be turned to Dormant ("Dormant Account"). 42.5. Inactivity Fee in accordance with the provisions of clause 42.1 does not apply if you are a resident domiciled in Denmark. We reserve the right to change this exemption at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any pending Orders on an Inactive Account without notice. 42.7. For re-activation of Dormant Accounts, you must contact us and inform us of your wish to reactivate the Dormant Account. 42.8. We reserve the right to request that you submit all relevant information about you, your knowledge and experience, economic profile and source of wealth for us to determine whether to reactivate your Account. 42.9. If we do not record any activity in your MT4 or MT5 Trading Account during a continuous period of three (3) months and you have a zero account balance, your MT4 or MT5 Trading Account and all its history will be archived on our trade server. 42.10. If you wish to keep using your MT4 or MT5 Trading Account or restore it in the future, please contact us.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts. If you have not made a withdrawal, deposit, or transfer on a particular account for more than one (1) year, the Credit Union may classify your account as inactive and charge an inactive account service fee, as allowed by applicable law and set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule. Dividends will not be paid on the account if the balance falls below any minimum balance requirement. The Credit Union will notify you at your last known address prior to imposing any fee, as required by law. Checking accounts will continue to incur the monthly maintenance fee until closed. After the Account has been deemed inactive, we may consider a Deposit Account to be dormant, at which time it will be closed. However, if we close your Account for inactivity, state escheat laws may, depending on the length of the inactivity, require us to transfer your balance to a state agency. If this occurs, you may be able to file a claim with that agency to recover the funds. If the Account becomes inactive or dormant, the Account will continue to be subject to any service charges in accordance with our Schedule of Fees and Charges. If an Account becomes inactive, we will notify you with specific instructions on how to restore the Account to an active status without the need to make any transactions.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts. Accounts without or low trading activity (defined as 5 transactions per month), , for a consecutive period of 60 days shall be classified as Inactive Accounts. Inactive Accounts will be charged for an “Inactivity Fee” as follows:  Over 61 days the Inactivity Fee is €80, retroactive for all the dormant period (i.e. after 61 days of inactivity, Client’s account Inactivity Fee will be €160).  Over 91 days the Inactivity Fee is €120 per month.  Over 181 days the Inactivity Fee is €200 per month.  Over 301 days the Inactivity Fee is €500 per month. Where you have more than one (1) Trading Account and all of such Trading Accounts are considered as Inactive Accounts, please note that the Inactivity Fee shall be charged separately for each of the respective Account. Any Inactive Accounts, holding zero balance/ Equity, shall be turned to Dormant ("Dormant Account"). For re-activation of Dormant Accounts, the Client must contact the Company regarding his/her wish to reactivate the Dormant Account. In order for the reactivation to be implemented, the Company reserves the right to request from the Client to submit information about his/her knowledge and experience, economic profile, source of wealth as well as documentation regarding proof of identity and proof of residence.
