PAYMENT TERMS/PRE-PAYMENT/QUANTITY DISOUNTS If discounts for accelerated payment, pre-payment, progress payment, or quantity discounts are offered, they must be clearly indicated in the Contractor’s submission prior to contract award. The applicability or acceptance of these terms is at the discretion of the Customer.
License grant from sellers to PayPal Notwithstanding the provisions of the prior paragraph, if you are a seller using the PayPal services to accept payments for goods and services, you hereby grant PayPal a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), and royalty-free, fully paid-up, right to use and display publicly, during the term of this user agreement, your trademark(s) (including but not limited to registered and unregistered trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, domain names and other designations owned, licensed to or used by you) for the purpose of (1) identifying you as a merchant that accepts a PayPal service as a payment form, and (2) any other use to which you specifically consent.
Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.
Grant Payments All grant payments are requested by submitting a Grant Payment Request. Payment Requests and supporting documentation must be submitted on the DOS Grants System at xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The total grant award shall not exceed $[award], which shall be paid by the Division in consideration for the Grantee’s minimum performance as set forth by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The grant payment schedule is outlined below:
Venue Limitation for TIPS Sales Vendor agrees that if any "Venue" provision is included in any TIPS Sale Agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must provide that the "Venue" for any litigation or alternative dispute resolution shall be in the state and county where the TIPS Member operates unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing a “Venue” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
Curriculum Equivalencies The following suggested course sequence includes all course requirements for this articulation agreement following admission to the College of Allied Health Sciences BS Respiratory Therapy (Online) program. You should consult with an academic advisor each semester to ensure you maintain appropriate degree progress and are fulfilling all requirements for the agreement. Course sequencing below assumes a fall start date. If starting the program during any other term, please consult with your academic advisor. *NOTE: Required coursework for the associate degree and credentials required for admission to the BS Respiratory Therapy (Online) program are not outlined here. Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

Lump Sum Payments If, during the Employment Period, the Company terminates the Executive's employment other than for Cause, or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, the Company shall pay to the Executive the following amounts:
