Common use of Download Usage Clause in Contracts

Download Usage. CWI’s Unlimited Download plans are unlimited download plans and do not have any restrictions on download usage as long as the download usage is in attended use and in compliance with CWI’s Acceptable Use Policy. CWI’s Limited Download plan is a limited download usage plan and allows for 30 days or 30 Gigabytes of usage whichever comes first. Upon reaching the monthly download limit and/or 30 day time limit the customer’s account will then be considered expired and will no longer have access to the internet. The customer may renew their account after it has expired at any time by paying the normal monthly fees. At no time will a customer be able to transfer unused time or download usage and there are no refunds for unused time or download data. Usage statistics for downloaded data will be collected by CWI and these usage statistics will be the sole determination for when a customer’s download limit has been reached.
