DRAFTING STANDARDS. Final plans shall conform in appearance, format, accuracy and quality to standards used by the COT Department of Transportation Engineering Division. See DTM Active Practice Guideline No. 21 (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/tdot/engineering) • Use latest version of DTM Engineering Plan Template (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/tdot/engineering) . The following items shall be included on Cover sheet: • Administrative address. • Engineering firm’s logo • Developer and owner’s name • Recordation information of Maps and Plats, Book and Page/ Sequence Number must be noted on cover sheet of subdivision street improvement plans. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. • Basis of Elevation (Must reference COT field Book and Page). • Basis of Bearing • Development plan Number • DSMR Number for improvements in public rights-of-way.

  • Licensing Standards The Contractor, its employees and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable licensing standards, certification standards, accrediting standards and any other laws, rules, or regulations governing services to be provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The State will not pay the Contractor for any services performed when the Contractor, its employees or subcontractors are not in compliance with such applicable standards, laws, rules, or regulations. If any license, certification or accreditation expires or is revoked, or any disciplinary action is taken against an applicable license, certification, or accreditation, the Contractor shall notify the State immediately and the State, at its option, may immediately terminate this Contract.

  • Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.

  • ETHICAL STANDARDS 10.7.1 Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Developer shall adopt written policies establishing ethical standards of conduct for all Developer-Related Entities (other than NTTA), including Developer’s supervisory and management personnel, in dealing with (a) TxDOT and the Independent Engineer and (b) employment relations.
