Drainage Maintenance Activities. The following types of drainage maintenance activities are considered typical of work necessary to routinely maintain watercourses that comprise the drainage infrastructure within the Skagit and Samish River deltas. The Parties to this Agreement recognize that new maintenance activities and techniques may arise and may, by mutual consent, be incorporated into previously agreed upon Drainage Maintenance Agreements and related Drainage Maintenance Plans.
