Drawing Fees Sample Clauses

Drawing Fees. TCCI shall, on the date of each Drawing and on the date of each renewal of any outstanding Bankers’ Acceptances or BA Equivalent Notes, pay to the Canadian Sub-Agent, in Canadian Dollars, for the ratable account of the Tranche B Lenders accepting Drafts and purchasing Bankers’ Acceptances or purchasing Drafts which have not been accepted by any Tranche B Lender, the Drawing Fee with respect to such Drafts. TCCI irrevocably authorizes each such Tranche B Lender to deduct the Drawing Fee payable with respect to each Draft of such Tranche B Lender from the Drawing Purchase Price payable by such Tranche B Lender in respect of such Draft in accordance with this Section 2.15 and to apply such amount so withheld to the payment of such Drawing Fee for the account of TCCI and, to the extent such Drawing Fee is so withheld and legally permitted to be so applied, TCCI’s obligations under the preceding sentence in respect of such Drawing Fee shall be satisfied.

Drawing Fees. The Company hereby agrees to pay to the Bank upon each drawing by the Trustee under the Letter of Credit, the sum of $100, such amount payable without demand on the date of each such draw.

Drawing Fees. The Canadian Borrower shall, on the date of each Drawing and on the date of each renewal of any outstanding Bankers' Acceptances, pay to the Agent, in Canadian Dollars, for the ratable account of the Canadian Lenders accepting Drafts and purchasing Bankers' Acceptances, the Drawing Fee with respect to such Bankers' Acceptances. The Canadian Borrower irrevocably authorizes each such Lender to deduct the Drawing Fee payable with respect to each Bankers' Acceptance of such Lender from the Drawing Purchase Price payable by such Lender in respect of such Bankers' Acceptance in accordance with Section 2.04 and to apply such amount so withheld to the payment of such Drawing Fee for the account of the Canadian Borrower and, to the extent such Drawing Fee is so withheld and legally permitted to be so applied, the Canadian Borrower's obligations under the preceding sentence in respect of such Drawing Fee shall be satisfied.

Drawing Fees. In consideration of the use of the Letter of Credit, the Company hereby agrees to pay to the Bank, upon each disbursement made by the Bank under the Letter of Credit, a fee equal to $500, or such other amount as shall at the time of such disbursement be the charge which the Bank is making for disbursements on similar letters of credit.

Drawing Fees. Drawing Fees for Bankers' Acceptances hereunder shall be payable in advance on the date of its respective Drawing, and shall be fully earned when due and non-refundable when paid.

Drawing Fees. The Company hereby agrees to pay to WestLB, for its own account, upon each drawing by the Trustee under the Letter of Credit, the sum of $200 or such other amount as shall at the time of such drawing be the charge which WestLB is making generally for drawings on similar letters of credit. Amounts payable under this Section 2.07 shall be payable quarterly in arrears on each Payment Date, commencing on December 31, 1997, and on the Termination Date.
