Common use of DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND PRESENTATION MATERIALS Clause in Contracts

DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND PRESENTATION MATERIALS. 8.1.1 Drawings and Specifications shall become the property of University, whether or not the Project for which they are made is executed. Design Professional shall be permitted to retain copies, including reproducible copies, of the Drawings and Specifications for information and reference except as provided in paragraph 8.2. Neither University nor Design Professional shall use the Drawings and Specifications as a whole or in substantial part on other projects, but either may reuse details of the Drawings for other projects.
