DRESS. 29.1 It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that dress, grooming and personal cleanliness standards contribute to the positive morale of all employees and affect the business image that the Company presents to customers and visitors. The Company expects all employees to present a clean and neat appearance and to dress according to the requirements of their respective positions at all times. If an employee attends at work inappropriately dressed, or fails to maintain proper hygiene, the Company will have the right to send the employee home and the employee will be directed to return to work with the appropriate changes as required by the Company. Under such circumstances, an employee will not be compensated for the time away from work. 29.2 The Company will provide uniforms that it requires employees to wear while attending at work. Employees will be responsible for the replacement cost of either lost or damaged uniform articles that are provided by the Company to employees where the loss or damage is due to the employee’s gross negligence. It is understood that employees will not be responsible for damage that is caused by normal wear and tear.
