DRIVER’S AGE. The lessee, both for him/herself and for every additional driver, solemnly and unconditionally declares, knowing the consequences of the law, that he/she has reached the minimum age of 23 years in order to use Category B,C,D,D1,E,E1,E2 cars. For the other categories, the minimum age of the lessee-driver and any additional driver is hereby set and agreed to be the age of 25.

DRIVER’S AGE. The driver must be at least 21 years old and at most 75 years old. Drivers younger or older than the above limits, in order to be allowed to drive the vehicle, must be declared during the reservation process and if approval is given, to pay the specified reinsurance premium which is set at €5 + VAT per day and be listed in the lease agreement.
DRIVER’S AGE. The minimum age allowed to rent with SOLO rent a car is 21 years old. The driver must be the holder of a driving license approved in Spain and valid for at least one year. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 are considered “Young drivers” and must purchase a mandatory supplement. Drivers between 26 and 69 years old will not be charged any additional supplement, unless the driver presents a driving license issued between 1 and 4 years, therefore, they must hire a mandatory "Young Driver" supplement. A full ‘B’ driver’s license is required, provisional or learners’ drivers licenses will not be accepted. For drivers over 69 years of age, SOLO rent a car reserves the right to refuse the service. A maximum of 3 additional drivers are accepted per rented vehicle. However, THE CLIENT will have to pay a supplement in his vehicle rental contract for each of the additional drivers that he determines therein.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
