Driver’s Obligations. Student shall maintain a valid Illinois driver’s license allowing him or her to operate the vehicle described in Paragraph 3. At all times while travelling to and from HTA / RCC, Student shall operate the vehicle in a safe manner and in compliance with the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code and all other applicable laws. This Agreement shall be solely among the District, Student and Parent/Guardian, and neither Student nor Parent/Guardian may assign this Agreement or allow any other person to perform the services described hereunder.

  • USER’S OBLIGATIONS In order to receive the benefits of this Warranty, the End-user must use the Product in a normal way; follow the Product's operation and maintenance manual; and protect against further damage to the Product if there is a covered defect. OTHER LIMITATIONS: Company's obligations under this Warranty are expressly conditioned upon receipt by Company of all payments due to it (including interest charges, if any).
