Supplier’s Obligations definition

Supplier’s Obligations means all of the Supplier's obligations under this Agreement, including to undertake any activities and produce any results or things to comply with both this Agreement and any Approval and the performance of Services and supply of Goods.
Supplier’s Obligations means those obligations on the part of the Supplier as set out in the Contract.

Pubic and product liability insurance 1.1 Public and product liability insurance written on an occurrence basis with a limit of indemnity of not less than: (a) $50,000,000 for each and every occurrence; and (b) in the case of product liability, $50,000,000 in the aggregate during any one 12 month period of insurance. 1.2 Covering the liability of the Supplier and any of the Supplier's personnel (including liability to Westforce) in respect of: (a) physical loss of, damage to, or loss of use of, any real or personal property; and (b) the bodily injury of, disease or illness (including mental illness) to, or death of, any person, arising out of the performance of the Supplier's Obligations.

Examples of Supplier’s Obligations in a sentence

  • The Company may suspend performance of all or any portion of the Supplier’s Obligations at any time by providing written notice to the Supplier (Suspension Notice).

  • The Supplier must perform the Supplier’s Obligations and supply the Deliverables to BCI in accordance with the Contract.

  • BCI’s Property must only be used for the purposes of performing the Supplier’s Obligations, and must be maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and operating instructions.

  • The Supplier must comply, and must ensure that each Supplier’s Personnel complies, with the Supplier LTO Obligations at all times in the performance of the Supplier’s Obligations.

  • The BOGs rely strongly on internationally recognised humanitarian law principles and reflect the specific conflict situation in Nepal.

  • Services to be performed by Supplier shall include all work, tasks and deliverables described in Section 4 (Supplier’s Obligations) below.

  • BCI grants to the Supplier a non-exclusive and non- assignable licence to access the Site during the Term to perform the Supplier’s Obligations in accordance with the Contract.

  • Upon Company’s request and without limiting Supplier’s obligations under Section 9.2(a) (Company’s Assumption of Supplier’s Interest) and Section 9.2(b) (Supplier’s Obligations Upon Termination), which shall be performed without cost to Company, Supplier shall, for a period of ninety (90) days after the effective date of the termination, provide Termination Assistance Services to Company at a rate mutually agreed upon between Company and Supplier.

  • The obligation of the parties contained in Sections 14 (Confidentiality), 15 (Intellectual Property Rights), 18(d) (Supplier’s Obligations upon Termination), 18(g) (SPANSION’s Obligations upon Termination), 19(d) (Limitation of Liability), 19(i) (Notices), 19(k) (Governing Law), and 19(l) (Dispute Resolution) shall survive any termination of this Agreement and any applicable Statement of Work, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in such Statement of Work.

  • Such plans shall become part of Supplier’s Obligations under this Order, including, but not limited to, DXC’s right to audit.


More Definitions of Supplier’s Obligations

Supplier’s Obligations means all of the liabilities, obligations and requirements imposed on or assumed by the Supplier under this Agreement, or arising from this Agreement from time to time, including the provision of the Services, as amended by any variation. Supplier's Personnel means all officers, employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors, employees of contractors and subcontractors, employees of a labour hire company, outworkers, apprentices or trainees, students gaining working experience, volunteers Work Health and Safety Laws means all Laws and directions issued by a Government Agency that relate to occupational health and safety and/or work health and safety.

Related to Supplier’s Obligations

  • Obligations means any principal, interest, penalties, fees, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities payable under the documentation governing any Indebtedness.

  • Safety Obligations means all applicable obligations concerning health and safety (including any duty of care arising at common law, and any obligation arising under statute, statutory instrument or mandatory code of practice) in Great Britain;

  • Subprocessor means any person appointed by or on behalf of Processor to process Personal Data on behalf of the Company in connection with the Agreement.

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;
