Drug and Alcohol Testing/Time of Testing. All drug and alcohol testing shall be conducted in accordance to Federal and State guidelines and laws. All such testing shall take place immediately before, immediately after or during a route. This testing shall not apply to drivers or Transportation Assistants who are on approved leaves of absence. All drivers and Transportation Assistants shall be paid at their regular hourly rate for all time going to and from the place of the test and for all time spent to take the test. All tests will be paid by the Board.
