Drug Testing. 46.01 The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance by employees is prohibited in the workplace, except as otherwise may be allowed by law, and employees in violation of this provision may be subject to disciplinary action as set forth in this article. Further, an employee must notify the Employer of any drug statute conviction for a violation occurring in the workplace no later than five (5) days after such conviction.
