Common use of DS Tariffs Clause in Contracts

DS Tariffs. The Company’s existing schedules of rates and services provided to retail customers as currently on file with the Commission and on the Company’s website at EDC website, as they may be amended from time to time. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Variable Price – The price in dollars per MWh, as set forth in Appendix C hereto. Early Termination – Termination of this Agreement prior to the end of the term due to the occurrence of an Event of Default as specified in Article 5.2 of this Agreement and the declaration of Early Termination.
