Common use of Dual Department Assignments Clause in Contracts

Dual Department Assignments. Effective January 1, 2018 – June 30, 2020 employees who have dual department assignments shall receive two (2) hours of pay at their higher rate of pay when school is canceled due to inclement weather. (Letter of Understanding dated 3/26/18)
