Call-In Time. 17.1 All employees called in, except as provided below, and who report for work shall, if requested to work less than four (4) hours, receive four (4) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.

Call-In Time. A full-time employee who is called in because of an emergency shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours of pay at time-and-one-half (1.5) the employee's regular rate or compensatory time off (at the employee's option, unless payment in cash is prohibited by funding source or unavailability of funds as determined by the Department) provided the employee:

Call-In Time. Whenever an employee is called out to work without prior notice at times other than her/his regular work schedule, thereby necessitating additional travel to and from work, he/she shall be guaranteed four (4) hours pay at straight time or overtime depending upon the case involved. Whenever an employee is called out to work for time leading into the regular shift, he/she shall be paid for all hours worked at the appropriate straight time or premium rate of pay.
Call-In Time. Any employee called to work outside his or her regular shift shall 17 be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) except 18 that an employee called to work within two (2) hours of the commencement of his or her 19 scheduled shift shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the 20 employee's regular straight time rate only for the period elapsed from the 22 of the parties that the four (4) hour period for a Call-In commences with the acceptance 23 of the call-in assignment and ends four (4) hours later. Employees will only be called out 24 and remain working for bona fide urgent and immediate operational needs. Call-in time 25 will not be used for assigning (stacking) routine work. The employer may also assign an 26 employee who may be subject to call-out a County vehicle, which the employee shall 27 use solely for performing County business and for commuting to and from work. The 28 assignment of the vehicle shall be voluntary, except that it may be made mandatory in 29 the event of an emergency or if the public health or safety may be in jeopardy. The 30 vehicle assignment may be rescinded at the employer's discretion. If such assignment 31 is made, the employee shall not be charged for such vehicle.
Call-In Time. Employees called in to work shall be allowed sufficient time, not to exceed one (1) hour without pay to get to the garage or center and shall draw full pay from the time they report or register in as ordered. All employees shall have a set reporting time for duty. In the event of start time changes of more then twenty (20) minutes, from the original set reporting time, employee’s in the Hub, Preload and Delivery centers shall be given three (3) calendar day notice. Start time changes of twenty (20) minutes or less shall require that employees be given written notification prior to the end of their pre- vious shift. This provision cannot be applied for selective employ- ees and pertains to the specific classifications referenced in their entirety. If called and not put to work, regular employees shall be guaranteed eight (8) hours pay at the rate specified in this Agreement for their classification of work. If any employees are put to work, they shall be guaranteed a minimum of eight (8) hours work per day, except Saturday and Sundays, when he/she shall be guaranteed four (4) hours work. If all regular employees of a classification are requested to work on a Saturday, and those reporting are put to work on a Saturday, the Employer may hire extra employees at straight time hourly rate with a minimum of four (4) hours and shall pay time and one-half (1 1/2) for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours.‌‌‌‌ If there is a change in the starting time, prior to the beginning of the shift, the part-time employees shall be guaranteed three (3) hours from the originally scheduled starting time. Any other changes in starting times will comply with the three (3) calendar day notice. The employer will not allow employees to work prior to their start time without appropriate compensation and supervisor approval.
