Common use of Dual Entrance Clause in Contracts

Dual Entrance. BellSouth will provide at least two interconnection points at each Premises where there are at least two such interconnection points available and where capacity exists. Upon receipt of a request for physical collocation under this Attachment, BellSouth shall provide ALEC Inc., with information regarding BellSouth’s capacity to accommodate dual entrance facilities. If conduit in the serving manhole(s) is available and is not reserved for another purpose for utilization within 12 months of the receipt of an application for collocation, BellSouth will make the requested conduit space available for installing a second entrance facility to ALEC Inc.,’s arrangement. The location of the serving manhole(s) will be determined at the sole discretion of BellSouth.
