Dual Payment. Contractor will not be compensated by any other party for work performed under this Contract.
Dual Payment. Independent Contractor shall not be compensated for work performed under this contract from any CITY agency other than the agency which is a party to this contract.
Dual Payment. Grantee shall not be compensated for work performed under this Agreement from any other department of the State of Oregon, nor from any other source, including the federal government, unless such funds are used solely to increase the total Work provided under this Agreement. Any additional funds received through or for activities arising under this Agreement shall immediately be reported to Agency.
