Duct. The term “duct” refers to a single enclosed tube, pipe, or channel for enclosing and carrying cables, wires, and other equipment. As used in this Agreement, the term “duct” includes “inner ducts” created by subdividing a duct into smaller channels, but does not include cables and other telecommunications equipment located within such ducts.
