Due Date and Delinquent Date. The due date for Individual Employer contributions is the 15th day of the month immediately following the month for which work was performed or paid. The delinquent date is the 26th day of the month immediately following the month for which work was performed or paid for unpaid contributions not received by the 25th day of the month.
