00 – TOOLS. 12.01 Employees shall supply the list of tools specified in the Tool Appendix. The Employer shall pay Employees at the rate of eighteen cents ($0.18) per day per one hundred dollars ($100.00) value of tools based on a maximum value of $5,000. The Employees shall endeavour to protect tools from loss. The Employer shall replace an Employee’s tools on the basis of tool for tool and make for make to the value of tools. This coverage will only apply in cases of fire or theft by forced entry. Employees are to report break-ins (e.g. break-in to an Employer provided service vehicle) immediately and complete the required paperwork, including filing a police report. Any tools not specified in the Tool Appendix are to be provided and owned by the employer.

00 – TOOLS. Tradesman and Rig Welders will supply their personal tools as per Schedules B, C, D, E, F, G and H. Employees or DSPs will supply quality name brand tools. The Employer will not be responsible for any lost employee’s or DSP’s tools. Broken tools supplied by the employee or DSP will be exchanged by the Employer.
00 – TOOLS. The Individual Employer shall provide on each jobsite a secure place where his Heavy Duty Repairman may keep his tools. If all or any part of a Heavy Duty Repairman's kit of working tools is lost by reason of the failure of the Individual Employer to provide such a secure place, or by fire, flood, or theft involving forcible entry while in the secure place designated by the Individual Employer, the Individual Employer shall reimburse such Heavy Duty Repairman for any such loss from a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00). In order to obtain the benefits of this paragraph, a Heavy Duty Repairman must provide the Individual Employer with an inventory of his/her tools at the time he commences work and updated inventory whenever the Heavy Duty Repairman acquires additional tools.

The Employer will supply adequate security for all tool storage on the site. 19.03 Tool lists, if necessary, will be established by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union. Such tool lists will form part of this Agreement. 19.04 The Employer shall provide suitable clean and enclosed sanitary facilities and as soon as job conditions permit, chemical or flush toilets, urinals and washbasins. 19.05 Where no running tap water is available, fresh cool drinking water in approved sanitary containers shall be provided. Individual paper cups will be provided. 19.06 Upon request, the Employer will provide an employee or DSP a T2200 for a “tradespersons tool tax deduction”.

00 – TOOLS. 19.01 All tradesmen shall supply their own tools common to their trade. Specialty tools shall be provided by the Contractor. 19.02 The Employees shall be held responsible for all tools issued to them by the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide adequate security for all tool storage on the site. 19.03 The list of tools to be supplied by trades shall be established by the Contractor in consultation with the Unions.

  • Embedded Software To the extent any goods contain Embedded Software (defined below) that is not Buyer’s Property, no title to such Embedded Software shall pass to Buyer, and Supplier shall grant Buyer, its customers and all other users a non-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, load, install, execute, demonstrate, market, test, resell, sublicense and distribute such Embedded Software as an integral part of such goods or for servicing the goods (the “Buyer-Required License”). If such Embedded Software or any part thereof is owned by a third party, prior to delivery, Supplier shall obtain the Buyer-Required License from such third-party owner. “Embedded Software” means software necessary for operation of goods and embedded in and delivered as an integral part of goods.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Stored Materials Upon prior written agreement between the Contractor and Region 4 ESC, payment may be made for materials not incorporated in the work but delivered and suitably stored at the site or some other location, for installation at a later date. An inventory of the stored materials must be provided to Region 4 ESC prior to payment. Such materials must be stored and protected in a secure location and be insured for their full value by the Contractor against loss and damage. Contractor agrees to provide proof of coverage and additionally insured upon request. Additionally, if stored offsite, the materials must also be clearly identified as property of Region 4 ESC and be separated from other materials. Region 4 ESC must be allowed reasonable opportunity to inspect and take inventory of stored materials, on or offsite, as necessary. Until final acceptance by Region 4 ESC, it shall be the Contractor's responsibility to protect all materials and equipment. Contractor warrants and guarantees that title for all work, materials and equipment shall pass to Region 4 ESC upon final acceptance.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Power Tools All time spent by Employees travelling to and from distant work will be paid as if worked during the time the travel is taken.

  • Firmware 7.1 The Supplier must deliver the equipment, Goods or hardware equipped with all the firmware required to use all the Goods or hardware’s functions. Any software embedded in the equipment, Goods or hardware, including the firmware, is provided to the Local Government with a license to use this software, with all license costs and royalties being included in the Fee Schedule (Schedule C). All firmware will be the most recent version available at the time of shipping.

  • Equipment and Tools 40.01 The Employer will make available all necessary tools and equipment it requires for the performance of work assignments at no cost to the employees. Such tools and equipment will remain the property of the Employer and the employees will be required to take reasonable care of this property and may be required to sign out certain equipment and tools.
