Common use of Due Date for Payment of Other Statements Clause in Contracts

Due Date for Payment of Other Statements. Each statement submitted pursuant to Section 11.2 shall become due and payable on the thirtieth (30th) day after the date on which it is received; provided that if such payment due date is not a Business Day, the due date for such payment shall be extended to the next Business Day. For purposes of this Section 11.4(b), a facsimile copy of an invoice shall be deemed received by a Party on the next Business Day following the day on which it was sent.
