Dues and Fee Deduction. Section 1 - Dues A. The employer shall deduct regular monthly dues and fees upon receipt of a signed authorization from each employee (a copy of which is to be retained by the employer) and a certified statement from the Secretary-Treasurer of the Local Union as to the amount for dues and fees. Such authorization shall be for the life of this agreement and shall be continued thereafter, if an agreement exists between the employer and the Union, unless an employee notifies the Union in writing, no more than twenty (20) days and no less than ten (10) days before the expiration of the agreement, of his desire to revoke his authorization for check off. B. The employer shall forward all such dues and fees so collected to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Local Union before the tenth day of the month following the month in which deductions are made.
