Dues Deduction for Maintenance of Membership. 2.2.1 The District agrees to deduct from the pay of each eligible Association member covered by this Agreement, the regular Association membership dues provided that at the time of such deduction there is in the possession of the District a voluntarily written assignment form executed by the employee authorizing such deduction by the District. Revocation of dues deduction may be made on the payroll deduction assignment form only as provided in Section 2.1 above. 2.2.2 The District shall not be obligated to put into effect any new, changed, or discontinued deduction until the pay period commencing thirty (30) days or more after such submission.
